Butterfly Garden Villas is located on Pratamnuk Hill in Pattaya. “The hill” which is the border between Pattaya and Jomtien is home to her Royal Highness the Princess. These villas (self contained houses) and apartments for rent are located in one of the most prestigious accommodation communities. This Pattaya neighborhood is a very private and quiet setting yet very close to the beautiful Pattaya beaches, the Jomtien beaches, shopping and entertainment of all types.
Pattaya integrates the delights of a first class beach resort, fabulous dining experiences, thousands of shops and night entertainment spots with an array of recreational activities including beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, and gyms for work out. Pattaya Park is a 56-story entertainment pavilion on the ocean, which has a water park, roller coaster, cable car ride and children?s activities. Out the front gate of your villa or apartment, it is just a short walk down the street to the ocean and a choice of beaches in Pattaya and Jomtien.
There are a variety of wonderful local restaurants. Thai cuisine noted for its fresh ingredients abounds with local produce, fresh seafood and exotic spices. During a ten-minute walk, you will arrive at several beach accesses. These are very quiet and private beaches and are wonderful for a picnic or a day in the sun away from the more crowded public beaches. Local vendors will keep you refreshed with beverages and snacks if you so desire. There is parking if you choose to drive. There is a paved beach promenade that will take you down the beach shoreline past hotels, restaurants, a water park and refreshment stands. You can walk all the way to Jomtien city beach on the walkway. There are bike rentals on the beach walk and it is a nice breezy ride to the ?action? on Jomtien Beach Road.
At the top of Pratamnuk Hill, there is another sampling of Pattaya?s restaurants, bars and shops. There is a local food market, which caters to the tourist on holiday or those who miss things from home. They have freshly prepared pastry, a variety of foreign newspapers as well as English language Bangkok Post and International Herald Tribune daily. Pantry goods, beverages, household items and a 24-hour ATM are also available.
There are 21 golf courses within one hour of Pattaya. Of these courses in the immediate area, 15 are championship courses designed by such notables as: Robert Trent Jones, Denis Griffith, Jack Nicholas and Yoshikazu Kato to name a few.
