Butterfly Garden Villas and Apartments border the central courtyard where cool green garden plants and beautiful blooms surround the pool. Sun chairs and tables are provided. Sunsets are spectacular over the Jomtien and Pattaya beaches and our upper floor units offer a wonderful sea view of the the pink, orange and gold sunset sky.

These Pattaya villas and apartments have patios that offer a more private sunning option. The villas are walled and gated for additional privacy and security. Our enclosed parking garage can accommodate either automobiles or motorbikes. For further security, there are electronic security gates for the enclosed garage and the main entry. The management has a full time office staff on premises to answer any questions or handle any problems should they arise.

Each modern spacious unit is designed to provide you with the utmost comfort and enjoyment that Pattaya has to offer. All the units are equally comfortable whether your stay is a short term or long-term stay. The villas and apartments are approximately 120 - 140 sq. meters. A model floor plan is available for viewing. For your in-house entertainment 50? wide screen plasma TV in the living room, large TV units in every bedroom and a DVD player are provided.

These Pattaya villas and apartments all have complete kitchens with oven, 5-burner stove top, microwave, 18 cubic refrigerator, washing machine, hot & cold water at all sinks, granite countertops and custom wood cabinets.

Each apartment or villa is stocked with tableware, cutlery, bed linens, pillows and towels. Quality furnishings are provided for your comfort. All villa and apartment beds have five-star hotel quality mattresses.

The bathrooms are tiled. The shower enclosures have glass walls. Vanities have granite countertops and all master ensuites have Jacuzzi tubs.

Service Options
A housekeeper is available if you desire. Arrangements can be made with the office staff. Fee schedule will be provided upon request.

For long term lease holders, our guest service agent is available by appointment to assist you with various relocation issues. Mrs. Pilaiporn Sroison is fluent in English and Thai. Pilai is honest and trustworthy. Her integrity is impeccable. She can help when dealing with the Pattaya and Jomtien local government or other service providers. She is familiar with the required paperwork and will provide translation service when, for example, you need to obtaining drivers license, establish a mobile phone plan, require help with banking details, auto rental/purchase, or simply an escort around the city on a familiarization tour.
